The idea of renting out a home without the client ever seeing it may seem strange, but it is happening. Over the quarantine period (March-May), an Earthauz broker successfully leased out his unit from a client who only saw his listing on the website. No personal showing, just a peek at the Earthauz listing and a couple of Zoom meetings did the trick.
There's no doubt purchasing or selling a home amid the pandemic will be more difficult, but it's not impossible. Although government instructions only allow For Rent Properties in Manila for now, transactions are still happening thanks to large part of assistance from technology.
